How managing stress and relationships can optimize overall physical and mental health

Thurs June 24th 7:30pm-9pm

Victoria Harrison will discuss facts about the physiology of relationships and of self that help one understand and manage the impact of stress on physical and mental health.  This presentation may be useful for those who are dealing with health problems in their own life and family as well as for those who wish to help others do so.

  • The physiology of relationships and of self that help one understand and manage the impact of stress on physical and mental health.
  • Case examples of relational and biological self observation in improving life functioning.
  • Using the study of endometriosis and fertility problems to see the connections with stress and relationships.
